PhantomFit was formed in 2014 by two fitness and marketing experts, Ryan Martin and Jon Wedel. They currently manufacture resistance loop bands and wrist wraps. They will be adding more products soon. I recently got the opportunity to try the PhantomFit Resistance Loop Bands.
These resistance loop bands include the following: (1) Blue – Light Resistance Band, (1) Red – Medium Resistance Band, (1) Green – Heavy Resistance Band, and (1) Black – X-Heavy Resistance Band. Each band is color coded and labeled with intensity. The bands come in black carrying case. They are made of durable latex and are snap resistant.
These resistance loop bands are great for those who want to exercise at home or those who like to workout while they travel. There are many benefits to these simple exercise tools such as versatility, convenience, safety and effectiveness. I was more motivated to use the resistance loop bands once I learned how to use them. These are a great tool to use for crossfit exercises, yoga, pilates or physical therapy to help increase flexibility and strengthen torn ligaments or muscles. They are perfect for squats, lunges, side-to-side exercises, stretching, triceps and biceps exercises. You can use any single band or combine multiple bands to find your ideal resistance. There are over 15 different single or band combinations which mean that you will easily be able to find the right resistance for you.
The bands are suitable for women and men, and makes a great gift for your health conscious friends.
