This audio is suggested for ages 0-99. It is 30 minutes and 14 seconds long. Janet’s voice is very soothing and relaxing. I became very sleepy myself when listening to this. I felt very calm and relaxed. This is a great teaching tool for young children. It will teach them the essential life skills associated with how to relax and be at peace. Kids will insist on listening to this every night to help them go to sleep.

    My 2 year old has a tough time sleeping at night, I mean 3-4 hour fight to go to sleep. It would be great to try something like this to see if it would help.
