I’ve had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep for most of my life. I’ve tried several different methods to help fall asleep but nothing seems to work. A couple of supplements have helped me sleep through the night but I always end up feeling groggy the next day. I’m not a huge fan of taking prescription medications that can cause addiction, not to mention weird things like sleepwalking. I watched a Dr Oz episode about how 100% Tart Cherry Juice would help you sleep. I learned that this is not always easy to find in the grocery stores. I finally found some and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was not able to stand the taste. I came across Berry Sleep and noticed that it contains Tart Cherry along with 2 more superfruits. I was definitely excited to give this a try. I will say that Berry Sleepy capsules are much better than drinking Tart Cherry Juice. Suggested use is 1 to 2 capsules with water 30 minutes before wanting to promote a restful sleep. I found that taking 2 capsules is better me. It takes a bit longer than 30 minutes for me to feel the peacefulness. It does take me a little while before my body winds down for bed anyways. This is not something that knocks you out. It just gives you an overall sense of calmness. If you happen not to take this before bedtime and you awake in the middle of this night, you can take this to help you go back to sleep. It does not leave you feeling groggy the next day which I love. Another great thing in this supplement is the Goji Berries which contains magnesium. I tend to be low on magnesium a lot. I love knowing that this not only gives me a good night sleep but it also helps many other things. This is a great healthy and effective way to sleep through the night.
