  1. I never do resolutions. I think it’s more important to think often about how I could/should be making my life better. 🙂

  2. I have a few. Im going to continue with my reverse dieting plan to increase my metabolism, work on building my social circle, and make sure I continue to grow in my career.

  3. Oh, my gosh. That’s such an enormous topic for me, if I think about it too much! …Well, for many years, I’ve thought about this in terms of goals and “things to work on” instead of using the word of “resolution(s)”– that’s just worked better for me. I think that in 2018, it will be important for me to figure out my life plan for the next five or so years.

  4. My New Year’s resolutions are actually important to me this go around. Since hitting the big 40 i just have to make time to take care of myself! I have about 4 major things that i will change this year, smoking being on top of that list.

  5. I don’t make New Year’s resolutions but I would like to get more exercise. Exercise is great for your well-being. It builds your physique while also boosting your morale. It is proven that exercise triggers the release of endorphins in the brain, causing you to be happier.

  6. My New Years resolution is general its to live a healthier life. I want to eat healthier and get more exercise. I like the more general resolutions because I don’t feel like I fail.

  7. My New Years resolution is to eat healthier during 2018. I formed my exercise habits during 2017, so hopefully now I’ll lose some weight 🙂

  8. FOR ME for 2018 I have to make a decision about work, what I’m going to do, if I’m going to allow myself to be treated like I have in the past. I’m not happy at work but I have to work for a living. I don’t have access to a vehicle to go to work in the city and I’m certainly not young. I have to either get over the anger I have, or change or something because this is just not healthy

  9. Christa Bengtsson

I don’t make them as I never kept them. I am just keep on becoming debt free and just to be there for my family.

  10. I have a few resolutions. I want to start blogging again and keeping up with entering giveaways. I want to go to the gym/yoga more. I want to spend more time with my local family members.

  11. My resolution is very simple this year! I’m not telling myself I’m going to exercise, or “get healthy” (whatever that means haha)…I am simply going to be more self confident in the skin I am in! HECK YES! haha God bless everyone and Happy New Year!

  12. I was just given some pretty rough news about my health, so my husband told me to quit my job and focus on my health this year! It seems I’ve never had an opportunity like this- it has always been working, errands, cleaning, cooking, taking care of the kids- that I forgot to take care of my myself. I know this will be an adjustment- but I will use my time wisely!

  13. Sometimes plans change and right now its to get my grandma back to normal. Boy she finally woke up and was responsive. I know that dont mean she is out of the woods but thats huge

  14. My New Years resolutions for 2018 is to appreciate every moment with my precious husband that I’m blessed with. Health issues have made everyday one to cherish in even the smallest things!

  15. I would love to win your giveaway. I need to loose weight and work out more. I am training to run a 5k race in May and I am way out of shap. I have been running and working out and trying to eat right.

    1. I plan to carve out a few hours a month for a nice spa service, nothing too pricey. Maybe a facial or a mani, pedi. Nice treats to decompress from the stress and anxiety of doing for everyone else.

  16. My main New Years resolution is to stop worrying and stressing out so much 🙂 Wish me luck & Happy New Year to you!!

  17. I need to drink more water, reduce refined sugars, have more patience, organize and give things away, volunteer, run races again, spend more time reading to my children.

  18. Dorothea Collington

Didn’t really make one – just promised to concentrate more on me and get some definite me time – travel is always a plus and stay active physically .

  19. I have one resolution…to be healthy in 2018. I had 2 major back surgeries in 2017 just 7 months apart. OUCH!

  20. I want to start being more positive, when it comes to thinking and speaking, other people and just everyday life!!! I have a tendency to think about all the negative outcomes that could happen or dwell on other’s negative comments and start thinking or saying negative things about them, and I feel like it’s just bringing too much negativity into my life and my family’s life!!!! So I’ve been trying hard to remain positive, no matter what!!!

  21. I have tried not to have a specific New Year’s resolution. Over the past couple of weeks, I have thought about things that I want to do and I have been trying to make those things happen. But, I have been thinking that if these things are important to me, why should I wait for the new year?

  22. My New Years resolution is to put me in the schedule – making time for me and not always doing for everyone else!

  23. I didn’t choose a resolution, I chose a word! It’s a word I’m going to keep at the forefront of my mind all year! Peace is my word 🙂

  24. Melissa Shirley

I haven’t really made any New Year’s resolutions. But I guess one of them would be the lose the 10 pounds I gained during the holidays.

  25. My resolution is to continue on my weight loss and healthy eating journey. I met my goals for 2017 and I will meet it for 2018!

  26. Mine is to listen to my Dr. and to do all that he says. I have a rare cancer called LCH and sometimes its difficult to do all that I’m told to me. So I am going to try to be better at all, even if it is hard.

  27. I made a few this year–to find a new job, to get healthier, and to get my house more organized. I am hoping at least one will work out.

  28. My resolution for this year is being a better person that cares more about the others, also to finish my studies with success.

  29. i would say 2018 goal is to be 100% vegan, leave behind all that fast food nad gmo crap. also to be more active with my rheumatoid arthritis so it does not over come me.

  30. Rosalee Jacklin

My 2018 New Years Resolution is to create LOTS of memories & to make time for my loved ones. I tend to get so busy & wrapped up in my own life I forget about family & friends. I recently lost someone & it hit pretty hard & put things into perspective for me. Life is way to short & tomorrow is NOT promised.

  31. Even though it’s a bit cliche, my goal aside from some weight loss this year, is to actually make it a point to get me some ‘me’ time. Take care of myself a little bit better, so that i can take care of my loved ones 🙂

  32. Jessica Whitehouse

I don’t make resolutions. Instead I would rather allow every day to be a new start and try to make every day the best that I can.
