Grilled Marshmallow and Nocciolata Sandwich

This irresistible grilled sandwich recipe combines marshmallows, Nutella, and toasted buttered bread to make an ooey-gooey sensation.

  • 4 slices 365 Everyday Value Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tbsp Nocciolata Dairy Free Organic Hazelnut & Cocoa Spread (as much as you like)
  • 40 or more Dandies All Natural Mini Vanilla Marshmallows (or Marshmallow Fluff)
  • 1 tbsp Organic Butter


  1. Butter all 4 slices of bread. (you can skip this step if you feel like it's too much butter)
  2. Flip the bread over and spread approximately 1 tablespoon of Nocciolata onto two slices of bread. Then pile on the mini marshmallows on top. Top them off with a slice of bread on top to make two sandwiches.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and add butter to melt.
  4. Put one (or both) sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the underside is golden brown. Then flip the sandwiches over and cook until both sides are golden brown and the marshmallows are melted,
  5. Wait about a minute for it to slightly cool off before cutting. Then enjoy!
